biography
Iranian filmmaker, screenwriter, and editor based in France. Her work spans over a decade in narrative and documentary cinema, with deep roots in Iran’s independent and alternative scene. Her experimental documentary short Keryas (2021) explored architecture and memory, while her internationally selected short fiction films include The Turtle (2023) and Camion (2019)—the latter a classroom drama about a lost eraser. Fereydoun was a 2025 resident at the Cité internationale des arts in Paris. Currently, she is developing her debut narrative feature.
